Neji was my favorite character throughout the manga. The Hyuga bloodline limit is the coolest thing I've ever seen. Artistically/anatomically sound as well +8/8

First of all, I think this should be cathegorized as a drawing. This is because of the clearly drawn lines you use, it's actually a coloured drawing.

Nice pose, over all good looking work. I can't see Bellas' point about the hands, because they do not show much from this angle and in this pose. Yeah, you could add a background, but I also tend to think not all drawings need it. This is one of those. You have made a fine glass-like background without details, and that's seems enough to me. You could, however, use more colours in the skintones, not just one. Try more crimson along with the colour you have used.

Those 'clashing grey tones' you're talking about... thats what they wear in the anime. Now the background now that I think about it; I agree you could benefit from a nice blue background or something to include some blue tones in the skin as well to tie it all together.

The only thing I don't understand is how you decide if one of your works is a drawing or a painting?
Since all of your works (or almost all) have outlines I'd call them as drawings, too
